David Pastrnak lights lamp with 25th goal of season as Bruins edge Canucks

Boston, MA, United States (4E Sports) - David Pastrnak scored the go-ahead goal with two minutes left to carry the Boston Bruins to a 4-3 win over the Vancouver Canucks Saturday at TD Garden.

Pastranak took a long pass from David Krejci before eluding defenseman Christopher Tanev and beating Ryan Miller for his 25th goal of the season as the Bruins gave interim coach Bruce Cassidy his second straight win behind the bench.

Backup goalie Anton Khudobin stopped 29 shots while defensemen Kevan and Colin Miller and Frank Vatrano also scored for the Bruins, who improved to 28-23-6.

Bo Horvat , Alex Burrows and Markus Granlund scored while Miller tallied 28 saves for the Canucks, who fell to 24-25-6.

Horvat put the Canucks ahead with his 16th goal of the season five minutes into the opening period but the Bruins answered behind Kevan Miller and Vatrano for a 2-1 advantage.

Burrows tallied his 8th goal of the season one second remaining in the second period to tie the game heading into the beak.

Early in the third, Miller put the Bruins ahead with his 4th goal of the season with help from Jimmy Hayes and Vatrano but Grandlund answered with a power play goal at 14:23 to tie the game.
